Exceptional Service and Comfort!

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the beautifully designed Deluxe King Room, complete with all the amenities one could need. The staff truly made the experience memorable. they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my comfort. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to key attractions and a free shuttle to the beach was a huge bonus. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring delicious options that kept me fueled for the day. I wish the soundproofing could have been better, as I heard some hallway noise during my stay.

Had a pleasant solo stay for 3 nights. The room was clean with essential amenities. Enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to nearby malls, though it could be more frequent. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but flavor could improve. Don't miss out on trying nearby foods!

Family with children will enjoy this hotel

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Dulanji at the front desk. She went out of her way to help us with a room upgrade and provided directions to the local market, made us feel special.

Our stay at Golden Tulip Media Hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. Our Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and all the amenities we needed. The free shuttle to the beach was a huge bonus, making our days out so easy. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty options.

Great stay with some quirks!

Had a nice 2-night stay, upgraded to a deluxe room which was sweet! Breakfast had a great variety, but the hot food was not hot at all. Also, the shower took forever to get warm. On the upside, there's a cute supermarket right behind the hotel and the metro is just a short walk away.

The room was big and really clean, which was great. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and I noticed how passionate Mr Shoan was about keeping everything neat. Had a lovely view from the room too. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. No complaints there!

we really enjoyed our stay at golden tulip. the location was calm and close to the beach, allowing easy access without extra charges at checkout. the pool was really relaxing, and we loved our delicious omelettes made by the friendly staff. both ali and mohammed were super helpful during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the kids' area with its playhouse and colorful ball pit. The staff were adorable, always making my son laugh and keeping him entertained. The location was perfect, close to Mall of the Emirates with its fascinating ski slopes.

My wife says that it would be great if they had more family-friendly dining options.

I loved the clean, spacious bathroom with a wide shower and the cozy coffee maker in the room. The breakfast had a nice variety, unlike the limited options I expected. I’d definitely come back again!
